Our horses
The School has a variety of pony and horses for all ages and abilities - from the delightful ponies all the way to our Lusitano, Lipizzaner and Andalusian specialist horses for our advanced riders. Here’s just a small selection:
Whitsun
Whitsun is a 13.2hh dun gelding. Great for the children.
Finbarr
Finbarr is a liver chestnut gelding standing at 16.2hh. Great for teaching
adults to ride.
Hattie
Hattie is a grey mare standing at 13.2hh. Perfect for young children
and small adults.
Badger
Badger is a 13.2hh piebald gelding who has taught many children to ride.
Great for hacks to the woods and beach.
Daisy
Daisy is a skewbald mare standing at 14hh. Brilliant for lessons and
hacks with the children.
Alfie
Alfie is a grey gelding standing at 11.3hh. Great for the little ones.
Nabucco
Nabucco is a part Lusitano who is 14.2hh. He has successfully competed
at several local shows.
Ballie
Ballie is a liver chestnut mare, standing at 12.2hh. She is perfect for
the children in lessons, and a good jumping pony.
Billy
Billy is a dun gelding standing at 14.3hh. A brilliant jump horse.
Romanie
Romanie is a skewbald mare standing at 16.2hh. She is a great hack horse
for adults and also works in the school.
Athena &
Glamorosa
Athena is a pur bred Lusitano standing at 15.3hh. Her young filly was
born on Saturday 7th May 2011, in the early hours of the morning.
