Now that spring is here (well very nearly) it’s time to get back in the saddle.

Pakefield Riding School has so much to offer to both the novice, experienced and advanced rider. Here are a few thoughts:

Advanced Riders

If you’re an advanced rider you could learn dressage or the classical seat using one of beautiful specialist horses, we have:

• Two beautiful Lusitanos - Nabucco and Quest
• Vitez our fine Lipizzaner
• Gambie, our gorgeous Andalusian .

All-Weather Riding

We hope the weather will soon improve, but if it doesn’t this won’t stop us from riding. We have a new ‘all weather’ outdoor school and an indoor school with spectator seating.

Improve your Riding with Lunging and Vaulting

If you want to improve your seat then lunge lessons are an excellent way to achieve this. Or if you’re looking for a more gymnastics form of riding you could try a few Vaulting Lessons. Vaulting is a great way to improve your confidence and improve you fitness, and Pakefield RS is one of the few schools that can offer this facility.

Riding for Young Children

If you have a young child with lots of surplus energy then riding lessons are good way of channelling this. Children can start lessons from the age of 4 years. They are continually supervised by our qualified staff.

We have a number of sweet ponies who are used to small children they include: Smartie, Whitsun, Hattie, Badger, Daisy and Ballie.

Pony Parties

Pakefield Riding School is famous for their Pony Parties. The parties are for children aged 4 or older and are a great way to give your son, daughter, niece or nephew a memorable day. Apart from the riding and the fun and games, each Party includes a birthday rosette for the birthday child, plus rosettes for all children who attend.
